ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
Ambient temperature should be between +15°C and +35°C. Do not apply if the relative humidity exceeds 80%.
To avoid surface condensation, the surface temperature should be at least 3–5°C above the dew point.
It should be noted that consumption may increase when applied at low temperatures. Surface temperature should be minimum +5°C and maximum 45°C.

SHELF LIFE
The product must be stored in its original packaging in a cool and dry environment. The shelf life is 12 months for both A and B components in unopened packaging.
HEALTH AND SAFETY INFORMATION
- Read the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) for the necessary safety rules and warnings.
- The minimum safety precautions that must be followed are as follows:
- Avoid contact of paint with skin and eyes by using gloves, protective goggles, face mask, and industrial hand cream.
- Ensure adequate air circulation during application and until the paint is fully dried.
- If the paint comes into contact with skin, wash with warm water and soap or industrial cleaner. If it splashes into the eyes, rinse with water for at least 10 minutes and seek medical assistance.
- All warning notes on the buckets should be read carefully and the recommended working guidelines must be followed.

Surface Preparation
The application surface must be thoroughly cleaned from dirt, oil, and grease. Loose old paint (on previously painted surfaces) should be removed.
Rust and burrs on the surface should be cleaned using a diamond-tipped machine according to SA 2 ½ standards. A mask should be worn during spray applications. Proper ventilation is required especially in small and enclosed spaces.
Product Application
There must be no moisture on the surface where SOLID NV 195 will be applied. For moist surfaces, SOLID WET 365 primer should be used.
SOLID RESIN 360 solvent-free primer should be applied on the prepared concrete surface. If necessary, quartz can be scattered to achieve the desired film thickness. Any cracks or pits on the surface should be repaired using SOLID GR 950 epoxy putty. After priming, apply REAL NV 195 as an intermediate coat with a minimum consumption of 0.500 kg/m². The final coat should be applied using a trowel with SOLID NV 195 at a minimum consumption of 1.800 kg/m².
Application method: Can be applied using brush, roller, or spray. A mask must be worn during spray applications.
